Mentoring

 

Ever wondered what it would be like to receive guidance and encouragement from another artiste in a similar field or from those sharing similar experiences.  If you had the opportunity to do exactly that wouldn’t you want to grab at it?

 

Our mentoring programme offers such an opportunity for you to have your own personal guide who can help you find the right direction and can assist you to develop solutions to your career issues.  It’s a helpful relationship based on mutual trust and respect.

 

This powerful relationship works.  Our programme can be summed up in four key ways:

 

Person focused:  We know that often you need to juggle working lives with doing the nine to five jobs and your art.  We recognise that work issues can hamper your business progress.  We match mentors and mentees using your own criteria – career considerations or aspects of your personal circumstances.

 

Mentee Driven: The mentee ‘You’ must take the initiative and do the ‘leg work’ in the relationship.  The final responsibility for actions taken, as a result of mentoring, lies with you while your Mentor will be committed to your success.

 

Confidential: Issues between you and your mentor are confidential unless life threatening.

 

Affordable: We try to keep cost for this service as low as possible, to enable many artistes to have a Mentor.
